Minister for Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, says Gombe State would anchor the North-East Housing Scheme that would provide affordable housing and employment for the teeming populace in the region.
The Minister made this known during the commissioning of 150 housing units under the Federal Mortgage Bank and the Gombe State Investment Company.

The visit by the Minister is to flag off a massive housing project capable of changing the face of the state and the region.
The Gombe State Governor used the occasion to highlight the strides of his administration in provision of affordable housing for the people.
For the beneficiaries, the housing units are a blessings and dreams come true.
It is expected that the Gombe ceremony would open new doors for affordable houses for the people in the North-East.
