Gov. Adeleke Hails Supreme Court Victory

Osun state governor, Sen Ademola Adeleke has hailed the judgement of the supreme court, declaring him the duly elected governor of Osun state.

The governor who described the judgement as a confirmation of his earlier conviction that he won the July 16 ,2022 governorship election thanked the people of the state for standing with him throughout the court process.

Gov Ademola Adeleke has no doubt had his fair share of the usual litigations that follow every election in Nigeria but has come out in triumph

The visibly elated governor with some of his loyalists and family members are in his residence expressing their joy over the outcome of the Supreme court judgement.

The governor says it is the victory for the people of the state.

He commends the supreme court justices for making the votes of the electorate count by upholding justice on the matter.

Adeleke promised to continue to serve the people of the state now that the matter of who occupied the number one seat has been laid to rest.

Osogbo the state capital and Ede the home town of the governor are agog as residents and PDP loyalists jubilate over the outcome of the judgement

This supreme court judgement marks the end of all litigations that trailed the conduct of the July 19 2022 governorship election. Governor Ademola Adeleke can now breathe a sigh of relief, concentrate fully on governance and deliver his promises to the osun state electorate
