Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of ondo state has urged leaders and members of the All progressives congress, APC in Ondo state to put behind them conflicts that might have arose during the primary Election and work for victory of the party in the November 16 Governorship Election.
Aiyedatiwa gave the advise on Saturday at a stakeholders meeting of the party held in Akure, Ondo state capital.
This meeting of party leaders and members of the All progressives congress across the eighteen Local Government areas of ondo state is the second of its kind since assumption of office by Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa.
In his address, Governor Aiyedatiwa said there is need to strengthen the party at all levels which he says will facilitate the victory of the party in the November 16 Governorship Election .
Aiyedatiwa who said consultations to bring all aggrieved members on board are ongoing, noted that all the conflict issues from the Party’s Primary has been resolved by the relevant organs of the party .
Aiyedatiwa urged members of the party to participate in the upcoming continuous voter registration exercise scheduled to begin Monday May 27 in the State.
Party Leaders present agreed on the need to ensure inclusiveness and to carry along all stakeholders in the scheme of things.
