The appeal for assistance by the desperate residents fell on deaf ears as they were abandoned to their predicament

After four frustrating years, their desperate plea for assistance has finally been answered by the administration of Governor Sim Fubara.

As a reward for their patience and continued support, Governor Fubara said his administration will immediately rehabilitate the internal roads, build a health facility for the people, and rehabilitate the school in the community.

Governor Sim Fubara also used the occasion to again plead with the people of the state, particularly his supporters, to remain peaceful even in the face of provocation and violence by those he regards as enemies of peace.

He further called on the people not to lose faith in God.
