The stage is now set for the eventual commencement of the #78billion flyovers and road expansion projects in Effurun and Warri axis of Delta state awarded by Governor Oborevwori led administration in October 2023.
Governor Oborevwori who made this disclosure while fielding questions from journalists during the inspection of the completed Boji Boji Mixed market in Ika North-East Local government area of the state said its ground breaking ceremony will not extend beyond year 2023.
Governor Oborevwori said the contracting firm has been mobilised to ensure immediate commencement of work.
He commended his predecessor Ifeanyi Okowa for his foresight on the market project that comprised 120 shops and a modern abattoir which the governor said would stand the test of time.

Other projects inspected by the governor include Faculty of Engineering and Environmental Sciences of the University of Delta (UNIDEL), Owa-Alero Campus,
Ute Okpu-Ute-Enugu Road and Isheagu-Ewulu Road, a project the governor said would boost commerce in the benefiting communities
