Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom, has described the death of the former military administrator of the state, Aminu Kontagora as a loss, not just to his family, but to Benue State.
Governor Ortom who was represented by the Secretary to the State Government, Professor Toyin Ijohor, said the legacy left by the deceased will always be remembered.
While leading a team of a delegation from Benue State to commiserate with the family of the former military administrator, Governor Ortom, through the Secretary to the State Government, Professor Toyin Ijohor, described the late Aminu Kontagora, as a man who left an indelible mark in Benue state.
He said the death of the former military administrator is a loss to the people of Benue State.

Speaking on behalf of the family of the deceased, Colonel Farouk Ahmed retired, thanked the Benue State Government for the condolence.
The late military administrator died on the 10th of January at the age of 65 and has since been buried according to Islamic rites.
