INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner, Francis Ezeonu told the Governor that Imo State is trailing behind other States in South East, in respect of the number of registered voters.

He however blamed the low turnout on insecurity, and called on those who want to register to do so, either through the INEC registration centres in Local7 Government Areas or through INEC voters’ enrolment device.
