Ondo State Governor, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, has nominated a former Deputy Clerk to the National Assembly (DCNA), Chief Olayide Owolabi Adelami, as the deputy governor of the state.
Adelami hails from Owo, Ondo state.
His name has been sent to the house of assembly for confirmation
The nomination of Adelami is coming few hours after the state governor dissolved the State Executive Council (SEC) on Wednesday.
Adelami was a former Governorship aspirant on the platform of APC in 2020.
