Former President GoodLuck Jonathan says the administration of Governor Douye Diri of Bayelsa State has encouraged peaceful coexistence of Bayelsans across party lines, which was yielding the dividends of democracy.

Former President Goodluck Jonathan, the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Senator Iyorchia Ayu and Governors from the PDP were among personalities who graced the occasion.
Delta State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa spoke on behalf of the PDP Governors who were in the state to rejoice with their colleague for a successful two years in office.

Governor Diri says he feels overwhelmed and encouraged to have such eminent personalities around from all over the country at a time when the country was moving towards election year.
He called on the people of the state not to be enticed by the antics of ill minded politicians.
Earlier, the officiating minister George Izunwa emphasized the need for humans to cultivate the habit of appreciation.
