Governor of Rivers state, Siminalaye Fubara has congratulated his predecessor Nyesom Wike on his 56th birthday
Fubara in a message described Wike as his ‘Oga’.
He wrote, “I congratulate my Oga, His Excellency Chief (Dr) Barr. Nyesom Ezenwo Wike on his 56th birthday.
He added, “on behalf of my wife and the people of Rivers State, I pray your new age brings you joy and good health”
Fubara who served as the Accountant General in Rivers State under Wike, was chosen by the former governor to succeed him.

But the two men fell out just few months after, with Wike accusing him of undermining the political structure that brought Fubara into office.
