Tagged “Budget of Inclusive Growth and Development,” the fiscal law, which is the second in the life of his administration, is premised on achieving sustainable economic growth, as well as improving the lives of the people.

The core priorities for the 2025 fiscal year will include agriculture, economic growth, quality education, healthcare delivery, basic infrastructure and social investment.

He added that the matter of the lawmakers who decamped from the PDP to the APC is already dead and buried.

For his part, Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Victor Oko-Jumbo said he’s optimistic that 2025 will be a year of bountiful harvest for Rivers State.

With the issue of the budget now settled, Governor Siminalayi Fubara is upbeat that his administration is set to hit the group running, assuring that the interest of the people will continue to be his number one priority.
