TARABA
Taraba State Governor, Agbu Kefas

Taraba State Governor Agbu Kefas has called on host communities to provide the needed cooperation for the execution of ongoing projects.

The governor was speaking at the flag-off of the 13 billion naira Wukari Township Road Network, Wukari-Chinkai Road, and the Takum Junction Flyover Bridge in Wukari Local Government Area of Taraba State.

The Wukari Township Road Network and the Takum Junction Flyover Bridge are strategic projects designed to decongest traffic, and minimize road accidents at one of the busiest intersections in Southern Taraba State.

The Wukari-Chinkai road is also strategic in linking Wukari town and Southern Taraba to a major agricultural hub in the state.

The flag-off of these projects worth the sum of over 120 billion naira by Governor Agbu Kefas is part of his administration’s commitment to focus on infrastructural development interventions in the year 2026.

The State Commissioner for Works Moseh Luka said Taraba people will continue to benefit the dividends of democracy through infrastructural development.

The projects flag-off ceremony was attended by government officials and stakeholders from the host communities.
