Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike he warned sons and daughters of the State fighting or sabotaging its interest, peace and safety to desist from doing so or face the consequences.
He warns that all those going to Abuja to hold meetings with enemies of the State will not be spared.

Speaking at the flag-off of the construction of internal roads in Omagwa community in Ikwerre Local Government Area, Governor Wike says he would crush and treat them worse than the enemies of the State.

It is the 10th day into the current phase of project flag-off and commissioning in Rivers State and Governor Nyesom Wike is in Ikwerre Local Government Area, the hometown of two of his predecessors to flag-off construction of the internal roads in Omagwa, the community that also hosts the Port Harcourt International Airport.
Governor Wike is calling on Rivers people to vote for politicians who will commit themselves to the development of State.
Just like he did on Friday, Governor Wike again warns that his administration will not condone the actions of any individual or group trying to compromise the peace, security and economy of the state.
He adds that his administration will also not spare anyone engaged in the acts of cultism and other criminal activities like illegal oil bunkering.
He further warns that the State will fight back all those trying to sabotage its political interest stressing that any Rivers son or daughter who colludes with enemies of the State will not be spared.
Former Governor of Plateau State, Jonah Jang has been invited to flag-off the road project and the elder statesman appeals to Governor Nyesom Wike not to relent in his commitment to the PDP.
