The former Nigerian Information and Culture Minister explain that APGA will never enter into such an agreement with any political party, stressing that his candidature stands out as the one to beat in the Enugu State governorship contest.
The APGA governorship candidate is alleging that the ruling PDP in Enugu State is plotting to compromise the March 11, 2023 governorship and State Assembly elections.
But, the Campaign Council of the Enugu State chapter of the PDP has dismissed the allegations of planning to rig the coming polls, describing the claims by Nweke Jnr as a “disingenuous effort at preemptive excuses for his expected abysmal outing in the election”.
A statement issued on Friday by the Spokesperson of the Enugu PDP Campaign Council, Nana Ogbodo observes that Nweke Jnr’s impact in the governorship election contest begins and ends with what he says is the congesting and making the ballot papers longer than necessary.
