The All Progressives Congress, APC Youth National Rescue Mission, has given a one-week ultimatum to the security agencies, to investigate the speaker of the Zamfara State Assembly, Nasiru Muazu, over the alleged killing of two youths, on the day the abducted Jangebe school girls were returned.
The Chairman of the APC Youth National Rescue Mission, Bello Bakyasuwa, gave the ultimatum in Gusau, the state capital.
He said they are concerned about the safety and security of the residents in Zamfara State, and can not keep quiet and allow the situation to deteriorate.
He urged security agencies to do the needful, or they will take appropriate legal action against the speaker.
The parents of the deceased are not happy that since the incident happened, no government official has come to condole with them.

The Speaker of the Zamfara State House Assembly, through the Director-General, Public Relations, Mustapha Ja’afar, described the allegations as baseless and unfounded.
He wondered how the Speaker who was running for his dear life when angry community members threw stones on his convoy, smashing the windscreen of his vehicle.
On the alleged N57 million Naira that was said to have been given to the abductors of the Jangebe school girls not to free the girls, the group also gave a one-week ultimatum to APGA chieftain, Abdullahi Shinkafi, to come out with facts, or else they will file a suit compelling him to name those who offered the monies to the bandits.
