Unknown gunmen suspected to be kidnappers have abducted a 300-level female student of the Bayero University, Kano.
The student, Sakina Bello, was said to have been kidnapped around Janbulo and Rijiyar Zaki Areas in the Kano metropolis.

The kidnappers have reportedly called the victim’s relatives and demanded the sum of 100 million Naira ransom.
Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Abdullahi Haruna, confirmed the incident.
He said the police received a report of a missing person around 3 pm on Tuesday.
Haruna said the command has since swung into action to trace her whereabouts and rescue her.
The spokesman of the Bayero University Kano, Lamara Azare, said the incident occurred outside of the university and he cannot authoritatively give confirmation.
