Gunmen have abducted mother of the Minority Leader, of Kano State House of Assembly, Isiyaku Danja at about midnight of Tuesday.
Sources say the armed men entered the residence of Zainab Danja in Gezawa Local Government Area forcing her out and taken her away.
The lawmaker, Isiyaku Danja confirmed the abduction to journalists on Wednesday, noting that the abductors are yet to establish communication with the family.

Isiyaku Danja, is the former Speaker of the Kano State House of Assembly and member representing Gezawa State Constituency.
