The wife of the chief of staff to Ondo state governor, Olugbenga Ale, has been abducted by unknown gunmen.
She was kidnapped in Owena area of the State on Thursday night.
Confirming the incident to AIT on the telephone, the police public relations officer, Tee Leo Ikoro, said the wife of the chief of staff was traveling with four other women from Lagos.
Four occupants of the car including the driver managed to escape from the kidnappers.

The PPRO said security operatives are combing the forest to rescue those kidnapped.
This is barely 24 hours after kidnappers murdered the traditional ruler of Iron; Oba Adegoke Isreal Adeusi in Ose local government area of the state and another the attack on a commercial bank in Irele local government area of the state.
