Two students of Enugu campus of the Nigerian Law School located at Agbani, in Nkanu West Local Government Area, Enugu State, South East Nigeria have been reportedly abducted by gunmen.
Sources say the incident occurred in the early hours of Wednesday as the victims who were with two other students, were returning from a nearby shop within the area.
Two of the students however escaped during the attack while the suspected kidnappers forced their two victims into an unmarked get away vehicle.
At the moment, no contact has been established by the kidnappers as whereabout of the students remain unknown.
Neither the authorities of the Nigerian Law School at Agbani nor the Enugu State Police Command has made any public comment on the reported kidnap incident.
The Chairman of Nkanu West Local Government Area Uche Ejim who confirmed the incident, says a team from the Council is working with the Forest Guards and other security agents to establish contact with the kidnappers.
