Gunmen have reportedly killed a pregnant woman in Offa community in Offa Local Government Area of Kwara State and abducted her husband.
The deceased simply identified as Hawa is said to be the wife of Lukman Ibrahim, a phone and accessories dealer in Owode market, Offa.

It was gathered that the incident occurred weekend while Lukman was said to be driving his father-in-law, the pregnant wife and one of their children home along Ojoku road in Offa metropolis. The deceased operated a pharmacy at Oshunte, along Ibrahim Taiwo Road in Offa.
The abducted man is said to have been driving the family members home along Ojoku road when 7 gunmen suspected to be armed herdsmen attacked them and shot the wife before whisking the husband away.
Meanwhile, the spokesperson of the Kwara State Police Command, Ajayi Okasanmi, confirmed the incident with the assurance that the Command is working hard to rescue the abductee.
