Hajj 2022: First batch of 430 Kebbi State pilgrims leave for Saudi Arabia

About 430 pilgrims from kebbi state left the Ahmadu Bello International Airport Birninkebbi on Sunday, June 26 to king Abdulaziz international Airport jiddah to perform this year’s Hajj rites

Speaking before their departure, the Amirulhaj and the leader of the kebbi state delegation, Minister of Justice and Anthony General of the federation, Abubakar Mallami, congratulated them being guest of Allah at the holy land.

He assured them that kebbi state government had provided everything necessaary to make them happy while performing hajj, two years after missing out in the religious rites due to Covid-19 restrictions

In his address, the kebbi state governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu, charged the pilgrims to be good ambassadors and pray for the state and the nation in general.

The Governor urged them to be vigilant and not to violate the laws of Saudi Arabia and concentrate on the purpose of their pilgrimage.
