Rivers State Governor Sim Fubara says his administration is prepared to do whatever it takes to improve the health and welfare of the people, saying that it’s a promise he intends to keep no matter the cost.
He adds that the business of governance is primarily about the welfare of the people
Speaking at the commissioning of two newly rehabilitated health facilities in Port Harcourt, Governor Fubara says the business of governance is primarily about the welfare of the people and that there’s no way meaningful development can take place if the people do not have access to affordable healthcare services.
One of his key goals is to improve and expand access to quality and affordable healthcare service in Rivers state
To this end, Governor Sim Fubara has, in the last six months, devoted efforts to ensuring that the people of the State get timely, quality, and efficient healthcare service wherever they may find themselves
Wednesday saw the Governor commissioning two newly rehabilitated health facilities in Port Harcourt.

The first to be inaugurated is the Dental, Maxillo Facial, Ear, Nose, Throat, and Ophthalmology Hospital.
The second health facility commissioned by the Rivers State Governor is the 100-bed Professor Kelsey Harrison Hospital.
Governor Sim Fubara says the primary focus of his administration is the happiness and welfare of Rivers people.
He adds that his administration will also key into President Bola Tinubu’s agenda of “Renewed Hope” … saying that he will do all that it takes to put smiles on the faces of Rivers people.
The Rivers State Governor did not forget to remind the Ministry of Health and management of the two hospitals to treat the facilities as their own and ensure that they are put to good use.
