The National Chairman of the Joint Health Sector Unions, JOHESU, Biobelemoye Josiah, says health workers need to take the covid-19 vaccine irrespective of conspiracy theories to encourage more Nigerians to take the jab.
The JOHESU National Chairman was speaking in Abuja when he led health workers in the medical and health workers secretariat to take the Covid-19 AstraZeneca vaccine Jab.

The JOHESU Chairman challenged the government to ensure Nigerians get the second doses of the vaccines, while the Director of Advocacy and Communication, National Primary Healthcare Development Agency, Eunice Damisa, said the government intends to vaccinate 70 per cent of eligible Nigerians in the first phase.
More than one million frontline health workers are expected to receive the Covid AstraZeneca vaccine in the first phase.
