Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed said his administration will deal decisively with those who mismanage hospital equipments provided by government to serve the people.
Governor Bala Mohammed gave the stern warning at the commissioning of an ultra modern dialysis and ultra citi-scan machines among others provided for the Bauchi specialist general hospital.
Bauchi specialist general hospital is among the few tertiary health institutions operating in the state capital, however the facility has been said to lack some functional equipments to discharge its responsibility effectively
This prompted the Bauchi state Governor Bala Mohammed to provide the hospital with some of the state of the art equipments including Diagnosis and Dialysis Machines to help in addressing some of the challenges and for better health service delivery to the people
Governor Bala Mohammed said to ensure optimal benefit of the newly provided equipment, adequate monitoring and supervision would be imposed in the hospital in order to attained it desired objective.
Other speakers at the occasion include the chief medical director Bauchi specialist hospital Abdukarim Mairiga and the state commissioner of health Adamu Sambo who said with these modern facilities the hospital will be a centre for renal dialysis and a solution ground for other health problems.
