High Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs, Chairman of Platform Petroleum Ltd, teamed up with the Education Champions League to host a school quiz competition at the Alliance Francaise, Port Harcourt, in memory of his late father, High Chief OB Lulu-Briggs (OON). The event featured the “OB Lulu-Briggs Prize for Reading and Civic Awareness,” aiming to promote literacy and civic engagement among Nigerian youth.
As the 2024 ECL Quiz sponsor, Dumo Lulu-Briggs expressed his commitment to educating the next generation, stating, “This initiative fosters the value reorientation we all need.” The competition encouraged a culture of reading and writing while recognizing top schools:

FGGC Abuloma emerged as the overall winner, taking home the first prize and a ash award of N10 million
Seacrest Preparatory school secured the second position and took home N5 million cash prize.
Aladumo International came in third, receiving N2.5 million.

Enitonna High school took the fourth spot, with a cash prize of N1.5 million.
High Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs personally presented the awards to the victorious schools, commending their dedication and encouraging all participants to continue striving for knowledge and excellence.
