Legendary Hollywood actor and multi award winning star, James Earl Jones has died at 93 years.
The death of the Arkabutla Mississippi United States born screen and stage performer who had been battling diabetes as far back as the 90s was made public by his agent, Barry McPherson.
Jones was said to have passed in the early hours of Monday, September 9th, 2024 at his Dutchess County Pawling home in New York City.
James Earl Jones, an actor par excellence endowed with a great voice; began his career in 1953 and he became prominent with his voice role as Darth Vader in the Star Wars franchise of 1977.
The legendary actor who also voiced “Mustafa” in ‘The Lion King’ was inducted into the American Theater of Fame in 1985.

In his lifetime James Earl Jones starred in the films Conan the Barbarian, Matewan, Coming to America, Field of Dreams, The Hunt for Red October, The Sandlot, The Lion King among other creative work.
