The Nigeria’s House of representatives is to reconsider the controversial water resources bill, Speaker Femi Gbajabiamila rules that the bill should be re-gazetted for consideration by the House.

This follows a point of order by honorable Ben Mzondu from Benue state citing that his privilege has been breached, with the passage of what he calls the controversial water bill which did not follow due process before it was passed
