Another Six teenage girls have been reportedly rescued following a foiled human trafficking attempt by the Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corps, NSCDC, in Gboko local council of Benue State.
This is coming shortly after over 30 persons were rescued in the State capital last week.
Since the year began, reported cases of human trafficking has been quite rampant in parts of the nation’s food basket.
This time six teenage girls who had fallen prey were rescued.

A 26 year old was arrested for criminal conspiracy, armed robbery as well as unlawful possession of firearms.
“The long arm of the law will certainly catch up with you”, was the summary of the message the NSCDC boss had for other youth already a part of or intending to tow the same line.
