The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission, ICPC has confirmed receipt of formal petition from Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote through his lawyer.
The petition is against the CEO of Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority, NMDPRA, Farouk Ahmed.
The ICPC noted in a statement that corruption allegations contained in the petition will be duly investigated.
