Intruders suspected to be agitators of Yoruba Nation spearheaded by Sunday Igboho hijacked broadcast activities at Amuludun 99.1 FM, Ibadan in Oyo State, South-West Nigeria on Sunday morning.
Amuludun FM, Moniya Ibadan is one of the Radio Nigeria FM sub-stations of the Federal Radio Corporation Of Nigeria, FRCN in the Ibadan zone.

The agitators after invading the FM station, seized the phones of the workers on duty and took over the airwaves.
Some of the agitators were heard saying they are Yoruba Nation agitators and were on air for about an hour asking their sponsors to come out.
With the intervention of security agencies that arrived at the station, the intruders started raising the alarm that they have been attacked with guns, calling on their sponsors to come to their rescue.
At the time of filing this report, the General Manager of the station, Stephen Agbaje, confirmed that the situation has been brought under control by the security agencies and added that some arrests have been made by the Nigerian Police.
Meanwhile, the police have confirmed the arrest of five suspected members of the separatist Yoruba Nation group who took over the Radio Nigeria, Amuludun 99.1 FM, Moniya in Ibadan.
This is contained in a statement issued by the State Police Públic Relations Officer, SP Osifeso Adewale which says operatives of the Command while on intelligence patrols intercepted members of a group driven by a separatist agenda who had forcefully hijacked a radio broadcast station, Amuludun 99.1FM located Around Moniya, Ibadan with the intent to declare Liberation from the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The statement revealed that no personnel from the establishment or any other person was hurt as the Command responded swiftly in a well-coordinated rescue operation.
While condemning the attack, the police described the act as criminal, unpatriotic, and a clear case of terrorism which would be meted with adequate sanctions under the laws of the land.
The arrested suspects are Noah Atoyebi, male, aged-30, Gbenga Adeleke, male aged-25, Abdulganiyu Mustafa Kolawole, male, aged-35, Bashiru Kehinde, female, aged-30 and Fajola Elijah, male, aged-45yrs.
