The Inspector General of Police , Usman Alkali says the success of 2023 election is crucial to the survival of the nation and everyone has a role to play.
The IGP stated this at a three day southwest election security management workshop held in Ibadan.

Usman Alkali called for a collective effort to make the 2023 elections a success.
Oyo state Commissioner of Police , Adebowale Williams and some ex-police bosses say the Police has a major role to play and must be up to the task.
The workshop which is titled “the 2023 general elections,enhancing the national security capacity for a secured and credible electoral process In Nigeria” is aimed at raising the level of sensitization and security awareness of all relevant stakeholders involved in the electoral process.
