The IGP’s wife who led other officers’ wives to the office of the Edo State Commissioner of Police, Phillip Ogbadu, said the visit became necessary to rebuild relationships and boost the morale of police officers’ wives.

She noted that with the difficulties that come with national service regarding the work of the Nigeria Police Force, there was a need to support officers’ wives to give their spouses the right frame of mind to serve the Nation better.

She explained her three-point POWA vision which dwells on education, welfare, and healthcare delivery.

The IGP’s wife and her entourage who were also at the mobile police squadron five base of the Nigeria police force, Ogida, inspected some facilities including the mobile police primary school where she interacted with the pupils encouraging them to aim higher in their educational pursuits.

The visit of the IGP’s wife to Edo state was in continuation of her tour of states across Nigeria.
