Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir has appealed to residents to maintain the peace while vowing to use all legal means to reclaim his mandate.
Addressing newsmen around midnight on his return to the state, the Governor said the judgement was error-ridden and that he is optimistic that it will be corrected at the appellate court.
He added that his legal team have already been instructed to commence processes for the appeal, assuring that security agents have been directed to ensure the optimum protection of lives and property across the State.
