The All Progressives Congress(APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu has said he would build on the legacy of President Muhammadu Buhari if elected as the next President in 2023.

This was as he promised to honour and promote the spirit of unity and national cohesion in all that he would do in line with the principle upon which the party is founded.

Tinubu stated this when he addressed participants at the Third Ministerial Performance Review Retreat at the State House Abuja on Tuesday.
