Imo donates 100 vehicles to security agencies to combat crime

IMO STATE

Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma has donated another set of 100 vehicles with communications gadgets, to the security agencies, to flush out criminals in the state.

Presenting the equipment at the Heroes Square, Owerri, Uzodimma commended the security agencies for their continued effort in tackling criminality in the state.

On the 20th of March 2020, the Governor had donated the first set of 100 vehicles for operation search and flush in the State.This time the recent security challenges had prompted the gesture.

Uzodimma has therefore tasked the security agencies, not to spare any criminal hideout in the state.

Responding, Brigadier General Raymond Utsaha says the vehicles will go along way in addressing the security challenges in Imo state.

Comisserating with the families of the victims of banditry in the state, Uzodimma also reassured residents of protection of their lives and Properties.
