The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has called on political parties for October 31 Imo North senatorial district bye-election to abide by all protocols associated with Covid-19 during the poll.
The INEC Commissioner in Imo state, Professor Francis Ezeonu, made the call during a stakeholders’ meeting with political parties.

He urged political parties to cooperate with the INEC and the Covid-19 Task Force in the course of the bye-election so as to contain the spread of the virus.
