The Imo state Governor Hope Uzodimma has reiterated that under his administration the state government will always rise to the occasion and ensure the safety of lives and properties of all Imo citizens
Governor Uzodimma disclosed this during the 2021 Imo thanksgiving and carol service organized by the Christian association of Nigeria at the Ndubuisi Kanu square in owerri the Imo state capital.

According to the governor the government is ever ready to confront and combat those behind the unwarranted killings in the state
At the colourful event which witnessed a large crowd of Imo sons and daughters, clergies and state government functionaries. the Prelate of the Methodist church of Nigeria Prelate Samuel Uche urged Imo indigenes to take advantage of the Christmas season to be more prayerful,
Earlier, at the Government house chapel during the church service to also mark the Governor’s 63rd birthday, Elder stateman Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu commended the Governor for all his achievements and developmental strides in Imo state
The church service witnessed the cutting of the Governor’s birthday cake.
