INEC concludes collation of results for Anambra Governorship election

Anambra Governorship election

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has concluded collation of results for Anambra Governorship election from all 21 LGAs of the State.

However, while the Returning Officer for Ihiala LGA said there was no election in the area, the counterpart from Orumba North LGA said he was forced to sign the election results under duress.

The State Returning Officer and Vice Chancellor of University of Calabar, Professor Florence Obi called for a break to enable the Commission take a decision on the issues and make a formal announcement on the final results.

Results collated in the state capital, Awka from the LGAs are as follows:
