The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) says all is set to conduct credible by-elections for the vacant national assembly seats for Lagos east on Saturday.
The by-election followed the deaths of the former lawmaker, Adebayo Sikiru Osinowo, representing Lagos East Senatorial District, and that of Kosefe (2) federal constituency.

The supervising national commissioner (INEC) in charge of Lagos, Ogun and Ondo States, Adekunle Ogunmola at a press briefing in Lagos on Friday assured that the commission will leave no stone unturned at surpassing the impressive results achieved amid COVID-19 pandemic when it conducted governorship elections in Edo and Ondo states.
