The perennial problem of poor accessibility leading to ceaseless attacks in the remote communities of Guma local council area of Benue State will soon be a thing of the past as the State Governor Samuel Ortom has said the on going construction work on the Gbajimba-Daudu road will be completed.
Governor Ortom disclosed this while inspecting some road projects within the local council.
Inspecting the going construction work on the Gbajimba-Daudu road Benue State Governor Samuel Ortom accompanied by the commissioner for works and transport as well as other members of the State executive council with the pace and quality of work.

He proceeded to the Gbajimba-Tse-Akaahena road which terminates at the boundary between Benue and Nassarawa State.
The over 70 kilometres Gbajimba-Daudu road transverses Kaseyo,Umenger and Uikpam.
It is projected to cost a total of 3.5 billion naira only.
