Members of the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, have gathered at their national secretariat to begin their planned protest against insecurity.
However, key labour leaders are yet to arrive as journalists are told they are in a last minute meeting with members of the Nigeria Governors Forum, NGF.
Meanwhile, another group of protesters under the Joint Health Sector Union, JOHESU is on ground over government’s abandonment of their over one month old strike.
The health workers are demanding full implementation of the Consolidated Health Salary Structure, CONHESS.
