The FCT Minister of state, Ramatu Aliyu, has approved quarterly market for rural women in the federal capital territory to improve agricultural development in the country.
The Minister said this during the 2022 International Rural women’s Day in Abuja
The FCT Minister of state, Ramatu Aliyu, said there is need for increased support for rural women in the area of Agricultural production.
The country representative of global women Development network in Nigeria, Jumai Ahmadu, explains why rural women should be supported.
The theme of the event is,”Celebrating Nigeria’s Rural Women, Cultivating Good food for all.”
