The Supreme Court has reserved judgment in the appeal filed by the Federal Government challenging the decision of the Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal on October 13, 2022, dismissing a seven-count terrorism charge against Nnamdi Kanu.
The five-man panel led by Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun adjourned after lawyers in the matter adopted their addresses in the appeal.
