The Management of Arthur Jarvis University, Akpabuyo Calabar, has assured parents and students of the institution of safety after the security threat on the school Tuesday Night,saying the Security agencies are in control of the situation.
In a statement signed by the acting registrar of the school, Ughas Ngozi urged the students and staff to be calm and desist from any act that can cause social disorder.
“The attemtion of the institution has been drawn to the news of asecurity threat on campus.
“Please be informed that Management is on top of events and the security agencies are in control of the situation.
“All students and staff are please requested to remain calm and go about their normal duties. Kindly desist from circulating false information capable of causing panic.The statement added.
