A cross section of residents of Jos, the Plateau state capital say they are entering the New Year with optimism as they intend to leave 2022 behind them.
This was the finding as AIT captured how residents welcomed the year 2023.
That was the moment the clock struck midnight, sending everyone into a wild frenzy. Most churches witnessed a large turnout of worshipers for the crossover, while others defied the cold weather and partied on the streets.
For others, it’s the perfect time for a new beginning, in this case a proposal… and her answer was yes.
