Three abducted students of Bethel Baptist High School have regained their freedom.
The three students had earlier escaped three days before the 28 that were released by the bandits on 25 July regained their freedom, but unfortunately, they fell into another hand of bandits who re-kidnapped them and started demanding for ransom for their release.
Confirming the situation, Chairman, Kaduna State Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, Reverend Joseph Hayab described the situation as not only unfortunate but traumatic for both the students, their parents, and the church.
The CAN chairman said that the bandits initially demanded 10 million Naira as ransom but was later reduced to 5 million Naira before an undisclosed amount was paid to secure their release.
