THE ACTION PEOPLES PARTY, APP HAS WON Chairmanship positions and councillorship seats in 22 OUT OF THE 23 LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREAS OF RIVERS STATE, South-South Nigeria.
Declaring the results of Saturday’s local government election, the chairman of the State Independent Electoral Commission, RSIEC, Retired Justice Adolphus Enebeli announced that the results of Etche LGA were still being collated.
Justice Enebeli also declared the election as the most transparent and peaceful in the history of the state.
