An FCT High Court in Abuja has renewed the order empowering Victor Giadom to act as the National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.
The interim order issued by Justice Bature also directs Giadom to pilot the affairs of the party and take charge of all meetings of the National Executive Committee pending the decision of a validly convened NEC of the party
The order is an affirmation of an earlier one issued on March 17, 2020 in favour of the Party’s National Vice Chairman (North-East) Mustapha Salihu.
Victor Giadom had declared himself the acting National Chairman of the APC on Tuesday after the Court of Appeal affirmed the suspension of Adams Oshiomhole from the party

Giadom who is the party’s Deputy National Secretary said he was the highest-ranking official following the Court of Appeal ruling and had gone ahead to declare all actions taken by Oshiomhole since his initial suspension, null and void.
Joined in the latest order of the FCT High Court are the National Legal Adviser of the party, Babatunde Ogala, the National Publicity Secretary, Lanre Isa Onilu, Waziri Bulama and the APC as a party
