Unknown gunmen have abducted the Chairman of Warri North LGA in Delta State, Aduge Okorodudu.
The council boss was reportedly kidnapped Saturday evening along Mbiaku Link Road in Warri GRA.
The driver of the victim was said to have been shot before the gunmen forcefully whisked the council Chairman to an unknown destination.
Assistant Commissioner of Police in charge of Warri Area Command, Mohammad Garba, while confirming the incident to ait.live says the police are doing everything possible to locate his whereabouts and secure his release.
