The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC reports 37 new Covid-19 cases from 9 states in the last 24 hours. These include 8 in FCT, Lagos-7, Taraba, and Rivers-5 each, Adamawa-4, Kaduna-3, Anambra and Osun-2 each, Ogun-1.
In the last 48 hours, there have been a total of 109 new Covid-19 cases including the 37 infections recorded on Wednesday and 62 cases on Tuesday. The figures on the NCDC website show that 183 patients were also discharged from treatment centres across the country in the last two days.

The total number of confirmed Covid-19 cases in Nigeria now 61,667 with 56,880 patients successfully treated and 1,125 deaths recorded nationwide. There are therefore 3,662 active Covid-19 cases being treated in Nigeria.
Meanwhile, there have been no death recorded from Covid-19 related complications in Nigeria in the last 48 hours.
